He guides individuals and families through the creation of wills, trusts, and legacy structures designed to preserve and distribute wealth thoughtfully across generations.
Beyond client work, Arya drives the firm’s strategic adoption of technology, process innovation, and growth strategies to ensure that ElmTree remains at the leading edge of modern legal service delivery. Outside of the practice of law, he also founded Overture, an attorney-to-attorney referral platform tailored for solo and small-firm lawyers—designed to facilitate collaboration, resource sharing, and access to legal networks.
Arya holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he received the Simon Endowment Award and served as Articles Editor of the Entertainment Law Review. He is admitted to practice in California, Michigan, and D.C.
